Politique de confidentialité: Your Information

Last updated: 03/10/2026

Personal Information

When you provide your email address through our shop, we store your email address and IP address for security, account management, and communication purposes.
If you make a purchase, our third-party payment providers, Stripe and PayPal, collect and process the personal information required to complete your payment securely. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
When you browse our website, we record anonymous visit statistics ourselves: the page visited, the referring website, the country derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. No cookie is used for this, your IP address is never stored, and visitors are only identified by a random code that changes every day, so you cannot be followed from one day to the next. These statistics stay on our servers and are not shared with anyone (country lookup uses the IP Geolocation by DB-IP database, stored locally).

We use your information to process and fulfill your orders.
We use your email address to respond to support requests and communicate regarding your purchases.
We use security-related information, including IP addresses, to protect our website against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

We may also process information where required to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not send marketing or promotional emails unless you have explicitly subscribed to receive them.
